im 119 pounds ... 5'4"i gota fit into pants tomorrow that are a size 3 and im i size 5what can i do to lost weight extremly fast... and no there is no way to avoid the pants....i heard that if you don't eat at all the day before it temporarly helps....PLEASE!!! any suggestions!

Start Colored diet. It is quite hard, but full of fruits and vegetables and varied. You can lose 5-15 pounds per 1 week. Walk 5 km per day together with the diet. Don't do harder exercises.Good luck!www best-fat-burn-strategies com/diets.htm

DON'T BECOME ANOREXIC JUST EAT SOME HEALTHY FOODS AND EXERCISE NO NEED TO THROW UP AFTER EATING!
