| I'm a 17 year old girl and my BMI is about 11 points over what it should be. I really, really want to lose some significant weight. My body really keeps me down a lot of the time. I don't compare myself with stick-skinny Hollywood stars, but it's really just comparing myself with people I know. All my friends aren't fat. I'm also wanting to prove to someone that I'm not just fat. I have such a belly and double chin, it's disgusting. I hate having to magnify my personality to make up for what I don't have physically. I've started P.E. this semester, and I'm drinking a lot of water...people have commented on my weight loss that I've achieved so far, but I want it to be drastic so I can actually be happy with myself.I NEED TIPS AND HELP from anybody! Thanks! |

| Watch the Biggest Loser and copy them. Unless you have access to nuclear radiation, diet and exercise are the only way you are going to achieve your goal. |

| Decrease your daily calorie intake and increase your daily cardio exercise. Try walking for at least 2 miles a day. Cut out sweets, breads and sugar. Fill up on water, lean protein , veggies and fruits . This site is great for losing weight fast.www.lose9lbsevery11days.com |

| I personally believe that diet pills are not the best answer; I believe the best thing to be is healthy and having good overall health!In my opinion, (at least in part) it's not so much about weight sometimes as it is, shape. Try to gain lean body mass. I use the shapeworks program and I really enjoy it. It's simple, easy, delicious and nutrition and gives me overall good health!It works for all kind of weight issues (lose/gain/maintain) as well as to reshape your body with the main benefit of getting you healthy and good overall health and nutrition! What I use is in my profile; I am just sharing my personal experience!Whatever you choose make sure it's right for you, and good to your body! Hope this helps a bit for you!
