Ok before you guys start telling me I can end up sick and all that crap and i'll just gain the weight back and my body will go into starvation mood I ALL READY KNOW!!I need to lose a quick 20lbs by feb 5 I know I prob will gain all the weight once I start eating 3 meals a day I was gonna go on this plan for about 2 months or sobk:2/4 of a green applelunch:1 slice of pizza, or on sumdays 1 bowl of a saladdinner:2/4 of a green apple with a cup of milkdo you think I hould be able to lose around 20lbsmy status is height:5'6weight:140lbsgw:120lbsso if im not doing it healthy by having pizzawhat should i have at lunch at school a salad?and if so how muchw wight would i lose in 2 months time?

no your canceling the healthy part of your diet by having pizza at lunch...

if you do this, make sure u take a multi vitamin every dayalso, drink lots of water.. no it wont make u bloated - it will do the oppositelastly, make sure to stay active but DONT workout on this few of caloriesp.s. pizza actually is a good food as it can cover just about all of the food groups but dont eat the crust!more p.s. u can eat all the lettuce and celery and such veggies u want as they have few calories and loads of vitamins and good for your skin (vitamin a) just dont cover it in creamy dressing.. use a flavoured oil/vinegar type and have it on the side, just dip each 'fork-full'good luck!
