So lately things have been going pretty good in my life, but I've come to reazlize that I'm not happy with myself. I would like to lose between 10 and 20 lbs by my sr prom/graduation which is 19-20 weeks away, but I have a hectic life. I don't have time, or the funds to go to the gym at $10 a day. I have no idea how to go about this, I know that diet is key, but you need exercize and its quite cold this time of year. I have an eliptical maching, an exercize ball, pilates/yoga dvds, and dance dance revolution, which if done right give a great work out. With what I have available how could I obtain my goal? Could I do like 30 mins on the elliptical in the morning and 30 of ddr in the afternoon and throw other things in there spiratically? I love walking, and its just too cold right now, but I'm a person who will go to the mall to just walk around for 2 hours, will i get anything out of that? Do you have any insites, ideas, and is my goal obtainable?

The first thing to consider isn't your exercise equipment, it is your dietary routine. The first step would be to cut out sugar and caffeine, as they give you a quick burst of energy, but they also strip the Vitamin B from your body slowing your metabolism way down. A normal exercise routine and a healthy diet are the best ways to go,and if you snack a lot, try to cut out junk food and substitute fruit, or an easy snack vegetable like celery is a great snack.
