Three weeks ago I weighed 260 pounds and now I weigh 248..and I know that most people would be like "So what's the problem?" My first thought was "Wow I lost weight without even trying" but then I thought that's probably not good is it? The first week I thought when I went down to 255 it was because I had surgery on my teeth and didn't eat because even pudding hurt too much. Usually during breaks from school I would do one of my many dance/exercise videos and I'm so heavy that it wouldn't be that strange if I lost some but this time I didn't exercise. So today I wondered how much weight I gained back after I spent all that time not doing anything except read, write, draw and watch TV. I gain weight really easy so to me there was no way that when I looked at the number it would be less than 255 but it was. I eat very little because of the Adderall but still the rules of weight loss is "Eat less Exercise more" not "Eat the same Exercise less" ...So what could cause me to lose so much ?I've been on Adderall since I was atleast 10 maybe younger (I'm 19 now) and I just gained weight..So I don't think its that..I also have been tested several times for diabetes and er I want to say lynmth node but I'm pretty sure that is the wrong word..problems

It was likely the Adderall, it speeds the metabolism. But Adderall will only do that for so long. You still need to watch your diet and exercise. One other thing that may be occuring is the development of diabetes, a cardinal signal is unexplained weight loss. So, you may want to have your doctor check your blood for signs of diabetes too.

Ok when you are really overwheight your body will lose the weight fast. Now since you said that you didn't eat anything for a few days that plays a big role in your wieght lose. Another thing is to you may have been taking less calories in then you thought. You said that you dance. Well, you could have lost muscle which is a negative thing. Without actaully observing you and really knowing what went on it is really hard to say why you lost the weight. If you feel good about Keep it up! 12 pounds is a really good start to a new you and and a smokin hot body! Haha No seriouse though if you are happy about just start making eating healthy and dancing a way of life. You'll have more energy and you'll feel like you're ready to take on the world.

i couldn't tell you but maybe your scale is not working right. my weight is very fickle, one Day I'll way 185 and 2 days latter be down to 160. i don't exercise more or less than usual when that happens. i walk every day and do some lifting but it is always consistent and yet a gain and loose randomly. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not but that's how it is for me. i wouldn't be too worried about it unless you find out it could be a problem. hang in there Dez and keep us on the up date.
