| Hello & thanks in advance! I passed the Body Fat Tapping about 6 months ago, but unfortunately I gained some weight back and am now over the 24% Body Fat needed to enter.I would like to pass as quickly as possible. My current stats are as follows: Height 71 inches, Weight 224 lbs., Neck 16.5 inches, Waist 43 inches. Which puts me at 30%. Here are the stats I need to pass: 194 lbs. OR 24% Body Fat (Height 71 inches, Neck 16.5 inches, Waist 39.5 inches) If I can increase my neck and decrease my waist, I may pass. I have started to work out more aggressively, I was doing push-ups (3 x 25), sit-ups (3 x 30), and a mile walk/run (interval)... However starting today I am going to change my workout. Here is what my current plan is: wear a sweat suite while working out, push-ups (6 x 20), sit-ups (6 x 25), walk 1 mile warm-up, slow jog (no stopping) for 60 minutes, walk 1 mile cool-down... 6 days per week.I want the belly fat gone and the neck bigger fast! Please help! |

| That's a great plan, add some body weights to your ankles, waist and wrists, and warm up and warm down with yoga {you can get a dvd} since it sculpts defines and creates flexibility..Do a whole system detox, the detox kits that list Liver, colon, kidney etc ....Make sure you drink plenty of water with mineral salts {or gatorade, which is not as good}, No flour {bread, pasta, sauce, gravy}, No starch {potatoes, bananas}, Lots of high green veggies {broccoli and spinach,]Lots of low fat cheese, cottage cheese and yogurt, Lots of fresh deep ocean fish grilled with no butter, Lots of fresh organic chicken grilled with herbs and spices, no butter, Lots of fresh organic fruit, egg white omlets, No caffine, and herbal tea {white is better than green} including Kombucca Tea by Yogii {it is incredible!}...get plenty of deep quality sleep, and meditation. And above all -- this is key---visualize yourself going through this ordeal and passing, surpassing any previous score, visualize yu new lean shape and how great you feel, take that into you moment of now.I hope this helps!
