I'm 5' and weigh around 110-115 lbs (it's never the same when I weigh myself)If I do some sort of aerobic exercise (stationary bike, elliptical, etc) for 30-45 mins, (& I get my heart rate into the "aerobic zone") along with one or two pilates or yoga classes a week and is this enough effort to tone up? I don't really want to lose weight, but I would like to be a bit firmer, and would like to see some muscle definition. Suggestions?I just saw that I didn't include that I do the aerobic exercise 3-5 times a week

that sounds really good but maybe you should also try some light weight lifting to see some muscle definition. but keep up the good work, cardio is incredibly important in order to get into a good shape.good luck!
