so i need weight loss tips from people who have lost weight. i know eating less and excercising and im doing both and also adding lots of water. i did atkins last month for two wks and lost 10lbs but that diet is so boring !! any ideas or tricks that can help me lose weight quicker?? or diet pills that really do work? lemon water? eating alot of greens? im doing pilates...what else can help me? any advice is better than none. so yea please leave answers!

I can suggest you the following:Start a diet - any you will ike. I can recommend you winter, Japanese or Tibet's. Could be Atkins as you know it.Exercise - it can be just walk (5 km per day at the beginning), run, dance,s wimChange the diet after two weeks - start new one, continuing exercising. The secret is the body not to get used with the particular dietDo not give up if you do not lose weight as fast as you want. Don't. Losing more than 2 lbs a week is unhealthy and potentially dangerous. Do it gradually and set a realistic goal. And eat "clean" -- read about it here: http://forums.menshealth.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/295109121/m/721103321? r=721103321#721103321Good luck!

Keep yourself moving all the time. Ever hear the expression: ''Do you have ants in your pants?''whatever it is that you do, just do it. move.There are no diet pills that really work. Don't eat past 6pm.Keep away from anything that's white or eat very little. example"bread,rice,pasta,butter,cream"Good luck.
