Im a young teen, at about 170, 5'2. i do weightwatchers and when i did it a while ago lost an average of 2 lbs a week in the beginning, but then i stopped. i usually have weightw toast for b*fast, or fatfree waffles. and for lunch, cereal, yogurt, granola, fruit, and a occasionally a 100 calorie pack. everything low in fat/cals/sodium. for dinner, usually a weightwatchers(smartones) or if theres chicken, that with salad. and maybe a carb. (rice/pasta) but measured with the points system of weightwatchers. i go to the gym ATLEAST 3 times a week, usually 4. mon-thursday. and do 30min on the elliptical. i just wanna do cardio for now, no muscle yet. if i follow this for about, 5 months. how much should i expect to lose? considering that towards the end i may lose less then now that im heavier. how much should i weigh about considering age and height. THANKS

try to eat 5-6 meals a day. complex carbs in the morning is a good idea. snack on fruits and veggies like carrots, lunch of yogurt with fruit on the bottem and granola, snack again on a fruit of veggie, and with dinner, pasta and rice can be replaced with veggies instead, to avoid starch and carbs. to be honest you don't need weight watchers, you can eat healthy portions on your own.make sure you drink about 8 8oz servings of water per day. for every 3500 calories burned you loose one pound. i would suggest doing simple exercises not just cardio like sit ups and lunges and squats. and try to work up your cardio by adding a minute of two each time to see how far you can go by the end of your goal.

It is hard to work out exactly how much you will lose but intially if you stick to that plan it should be over 2lb a week. Keep in mind any more than this is not healthy and you would most likely be losing fluids. To accurately predict how much weight you will lose check out http://www.alfitness.com.au. They have a system that predicts your weight based on you meal and exercise plans.
