| I'm about 5'1 5'2 85lbs Not much muscle. I can do set ups for hours, but it seems like I need to work other parts to with different exercises. What should I be doing (at 24 hour fitness)when I go? |

| Start by eating more food (especialy food products high in protein) |

| Yes, eat/drink something rich in protein prior and immediately following your usually exercise routine. try drinking a glass of milk before and after for a few weeks |
