| so i went on a diet/exercise regime of sorts and ended up losing around 13 kilograms in 2 1/2 months (im now 54 kg). it's been a few weeks since and i've kept my weight the same. im still eating pretty much the same, except for the christmas period i ate a bit more.anyway, most of the weight seems to leave my upper body more than my legs. now my spine sticks out quite easily and is really bony that its hard to get comfortable sitting down. what should i do? should i be eating more certain foods?at the same time, i still would like to lose a bit off my legs as they are still a bit flabby in proportion to my upper body. are there any exercises that work mainly the legs? or should i just not try at all as it could just cause more weight loss to my upper body? |
