| Hi, I just started exercising again 2 days ago, I haven't exercised since 3 years ago, So i decided that 2 days ago, I was gonna do running, lifting weights etc...Okay my ARM really hurt and there was sore everywhere (Perhaps I just didnt get used to it yet), I couldn't flex my arms around as I use to and yesterday I went to my friend's apartement, had some talk and we were joking around, so I picked my friend up and smashed him into my buddy's bed, and suddenly after i threw my friend, my arm hurted really bad, My biceps just practically harden and I cant bend my arm around, (as of now, I'm typing like a weirdo), I cant bend my arms straight, it would cause great painWhat must I do? |

| When you workout you tear down your muscles. After a workout your muscles need rest to rebuild. They will be sore for a day or 2. Stretching will help and make sure to drink lots of fluids. |

| Sounds like you may have overdone it with exercising. When I have bad muscle pain I usually soak in a hot tub and while it sound cliche it works. Also icey hot is really good to use too. But take it easy with the exercising |
