How can i effectively lose three pounds per week? How many calories/hours of exercise are needed to lose two to three pounds per week? What forms of exercise are most effective to getting that "beach body" without a fitness club membership? I am able to use the treadmill I have at home and a few Cindy Crawford videos, my mom has from the late nineties. I am still growing so no diet that could possibly stunt my growth, please, oh and I know this fails to apply to fitness and diet, but a cute haircut for a person who has very high cheek bones and waist length hair ( without losing a lot of the hair!Very Happy ) ? And my goal is too lose at least 15 pounds by, or before February 8th!I would also like to make some long-term adjustments to my eating habits, such as kicking into self-control, portion-control, and stopping the sugar-kicks, how to acquire such skills...

Eat proteins and cut down on sugars. As for excercise, half an hour of pilates help tone your body and half hour fast walking helps melt excess fat. Good luck!

Michael Thurmond's 6 week body makoverIt's safe, it's healthy and you don't have to give anything up but junk. You eat 6 times a day....drink pleanty of water and exercise...( all I did was walk 3 times a week).I lost 14 pounds the first week....30 pounds in 3 weeks....and 100 pounds in 3 months. The weighloss slowed down after that....and after 10 months I was down 155 pounds. I still have 80 to go...but I have a ton of energy and I'm happy. www.provida.comread the forums and check out the recipes. The only 2 rules on this diet is never skip a meal...and don't eat anything you don't like. Aside from giving up junk...you can eat just about anything you want. This is a no gimmick diet...you do all the work yourself...and you are rewarded handsomely...:)Good luck to you!!
