| I just ran a half marathon in August with plans to run a full one in a few months...However, I found myself lacking motivation sometime in Oct....can't get myself out of it...I have to start training again but my spark went *POOF*! I'm a trainwreck lately....bad eating habits too....bleh. |

| What I have to do is just get up and do it. If I really want to do something but don't have the motivation, I just consider it an obligation rather than something I'm doing willingly. Set certain days and times of the week to train and stick to them as obligations to your schedule. It still sucks, but hopefully you'll get back into the swing of things. |
