Its not possible to reduce fat in only certain areas of your body.If you lose weight your body will be burning off fat from all parts of your body.

You might notice weight loss in your stomach first if your body reacts that way but the weight is going to come off all over. Not even weight loss tablets do spot reduction.

Exercise - crunches especially will help you to tighten your stomach. It is a myth that you can lose fat selectively. IF you only have extra fat there, then it will come off only there. Sadly for most, the belly fat is the last to drop. Most will lose in their chest, legs, and arms before they lose torso pounds. I am not sure what kind of tablets they are, but in general it is not wise to use weight loss pills. Since 'stone' is foreign to me, I am not sure where that puts you - plus it makes a difference if you are 5 feet tall or 6 feet tall. I lost 20 inches in less than 3 months, and much of it torso weight using the program at Perfect Body Shape. There is a lot of good information available there. It is not a diet, and though it includes nutritional supplements it is not fat loss pills. The program is guaranteed so if you don't like it, it doesn't cost you anything.
