|
|
| Okay, this is mainly aimed at my female colleagues and is completely a genuine question. Ive recently lost quite a bit of weight and am determined to get to my goal through weight watchers in the next 6 months. I have been doing lots of tummy toning exercises and stuff for my arms and legs...but wondered if anyone knew any simple exercises I can do at home to keep my upper half where it should be? I am worried that they will sag with the weight loss as it will be five stone when I get to goal and I am two thirds of the way through. Any ideas would be most appreciated....also does anyone know if breast firming creams actually work or will I be wasting my money?thanks hbvb for your answer...though Im not seeking a diet, that side of things is going really well! I asked for breast firming exercises! |

| There is no muscle in your breast tissue, so no exercises can help them.Wear a good bra, to prevent the coopers ligaments from becoming too stretched. The only other alternative is surgery (yuk!). |

| Always use a crem you don't need an exspencive one boots own is a good one. For excersise clentch your fists and lift your ars bring you hand to meet and stretch out to the side or a small bottle of water in each hand with arms down the side then lift arms up above your head to as many as you fell efective. |

| i'd say creams are a waste of your money.buy some weights, lie on your back and press them upwards - this will firm& tone upr chest & shoulder blades |

The only thing you can do is exercise your pectoral muscles, giving your breasts firm ground to stand on. Your breasts themselves don't have muscles to exercise. You'll fare better with slow weight loss that allows the skin time to shrink and contract. Use cocoa butter or vitamin E oil to keep your skin supple. If you lose weight quickly, the skin is more likely to stay overstretched.Good luck. |

| well i have the same issue. what i do is i do pushups. you can mostly do them on the floor or against a kitchen counter or something(thats 2 help u later on down the road if u have problems doing it on the floor). what u should do if ure doing it against something other than the floor is squeeze ure stomach muscles to help. i do it backwards as well if im using counter. i also used light weights( or can foods) to work out my upper arms. I extend my arms with weights (in and out), i take one weight and i hold it behind my back with both hands grasping it. i move in an up and down moition(slowly), and wutever else i think of. i try2 use my imagination a lot when doing this stuff. remeber to stretch b4 and after exercising it helps. i did this routine morning and nights ecvryday2 start out. when i was able2 do more reps i exercised 3-4days. this exericsed worked fast for me. it toned my stomach, arms, and it was a real energy booster. good luck. |
