As simple as this sounds, it is better than any diet you can buy or read in a magazine:1. Cut out all junk food, fast food, candy, soda, sweet juices, chips, pizza, fried/breaded foods, white bread/buns, potatoes and white rice.2. Don't starve yourself - or your metabolism slows to a crawl and you actually gain weight. Continue to eat 1000-1500 calories per day.3. Eat mostly fruit and veggies. Some low-fat dairy, fish (not salmon) and skinless chicken is OK. Some nuts and whole wheat break OK too.4. Eat several small meals per day to keep your metabolism cranking. Make sure and eat breakfast.5. Try to exercise EVERY DAY.Finally, accept that everyone is born with a certain "body shape" and even if you weigh the right amount you may not look like the teenage celebrities in magazines or the "cool kids" at school. Sorry, but that's just life. Eat right, exercise and learn to love the body that God gave you. Good luck.
