Also one with no up front start up fee? I thot about nutrisystem and weightwatchers. What do u think? Help me out plz?? Thanks!!

Losing weight the proper way:Losing weight can be simple and also very complex it all has to do with the individual’s body composition and metabolism and nutritional intake or uptake for a base result.The best way to start any program for losing pounds or inches is to fist be sure you have a positive mind set for the LONG HAUL and goals with a support group in place to Help you when you have a falling out. The reason for this is because there are additives in many of the fast foods to cause A craving for more and this is what you need to avoid.5. NO FRIED FOODS. If you like Meats be sure you change to; ( Baked, Broiled, Steamed )6. FRESH FRUIT - eat with an open mind that there are higher sugars present.7. FRESH VEGGIES - go crazy enjoy eat your fill add to every meal every day, add Veggies to your snack ideas.8. Exercise - every day at a min. of 45 min. – walking is good 5000 –10,000 steps daily Running, use machines, jump rope, etc. 9. You will find that the weight will start coming off quickly at first, mostly water loss Then the true loss of pounds will start – Be Sure to EXERCISE now – This is Where many fail, because they want the firm look and they do not tone up the Muscles under the fat layer causing flabby look and a loss of muscle mass is Very Hard to Rebuild a lot of work so exercise as you lose.10. Use good nutritional supplements as you lose weight also this is to support your Muscle building features that are under way and you will not fatigue as easily causing Mental stress making you wants to quit and then fail.11. There will be a time when you will need some supplements to jump start your system After your body gets down to a certain level your metabolism stops and it may need a Boost to start losing again like - Carb.
