| I have a cheer competition on the 18 in tenesee and I want to be slim I'm 5'5 and I medium not fat not skinny but sometimes I look like I'm to big in my picturesbut I want to look slim this time so I want somebody to give me a website where I can get a good pilates,yoga.or cardio workout ~Thanks~ |

| Hey well I am a in taekwondo so I get great exercise there and here are some options for you:1.Do 50 push ups, 50 sit ups, 50 jumping jacks, and 20 six inches a day (lay down and holy your feet 6 inches from the ground for 20 seconds). If you do this for about 2 or 3 weeks you will start to see a loss in weight.2.Go on a diet (not a eat nothing/nasty food diet) just eat smaller portions of what you normally eat and you will probably start to results within 2 weeks. |
