So for the last 2 years i have maintained the same weight (145-147) and then wrestling comes up and it bumps me up to 151. and i would like to drop a weight class but the more and more i try to loose it doesn't help at all. running a mile lets me drop maybe 1/4th of a pound and i eat very little and nothing is working, i heard tea can help, do you have any sugestions?

depending on how much you want to losedo not lose more than 4 lbs a day because you might wear yourself outtry to drink less than 24 ounces of water a day and lower your meals to small fruits and vegetablestry to wear as much clothes as possible and run and sweat outunless your fat, water weight will be the only thing you can lose to reach your weightits difficult but a good day in practice with heavy clothing(I.E. sweats) can make you lose up to 5 lbs of water weight
