I don't think you'd want to lose weight, unless you're doing it to feel better about yourself.. but I would suggest working out to stay in shape and tone up.

No, I don't think it would be necessary. The weight seems good, and you should be fit enough to compete in the game if you play everyday. I think you are fine.

You sound like you have a perfectly athetic body!I may be able to help, because I am a 5'6" 128 lb. basketball player. I know I don't need to lose much weight, but you may be like me. I have problem areas that I know have extra fat, ex. stomach, thighs. If you want to get into better shape and be more confident, keep playing volleyball. Maybe try adding on more training, like going to the gym or running around your neighborhood. Also, I've noticed cutting your meals down to smaller portions really helps you. Manage how many calories you take in and how much you should be eating to burn off for volleyball. Also off season, try to always stay in shape and train.I hope this helps! And don't worry, you're not overweight, but I know you may not feel like you are at where you would like to be.

there is no reason ... but then again that dosent change the fact that you probably want to if you do then go on a "cabage diet"its not really tasty but it gets the job done its basicly a vegatiable soup ...eat it for every meal for three days and ull loose about 10 poundsbut this also means giving up sodas and other drinks just water ...dont stay on this diet for more then 2 weeks ull end up under nurished and will end up in a hospitl but if u say on for about a week approxamitly 20 puonds will be lost

To achieve anything good the first thing is mind-set and seems like you already have that. Good thing. There are some precautions that you should take while opting for any Weight Loss Program....Do not go for any quick weight loss crap ... It takes time.Do not go for any medicines which can have harmful side effects.Morning walk is recommended, if possible, do some jogging in morning or evening hours.Take a lot of salads, green vegetables.Avoid meat and fast food stuff, special fried stuff. It took me 6 months to loose noticeable weight and now I'm pretty happy with what I have left on my bones lol. I tried a lot of weight loss programs and the only one that helped me to loose around 80 lbs is http://www.anrdoezrs.net/click-2553081-10509288Its natural and shows progress within weeks. But remember, I did not leave my schedule of jogging/walking in morning and avoided all that was un-necessary fried stuff. Try it and I'm sure it will help ...Good luck ...
