| i want to lose 20 pounds in next 3 to 4 month. anyone who has lost this much weight in this time period or even close please share with me your methods? |

| go to weight watcher walk every day ride a bike 4 time in a week push your self a way from the table eat alot vegetable and fruit |

| Continue to eat what you love, just not as much of it. Try to cut out all fast foods completely and trade sugary sodas for diet ones, or water. Make a rule of no eating after 7PM. but eat a healthy breakfast with protein, such as oatmeal, in the morning. Exercise daily and the pounds will melt off!! |
