i want to lose 20 pounds in next 3 to 4 month. anyone who has lost this much weight in this time period or even close please share with me your methods?

go to weight watcher walk every day ride a bike 4 time in a week push your self a way from the table eat alot vegetable and fruit

Continue to eat what you love, just not as much of it. Try to cut out all fast foods completely and trade sugary sodas for diet ones, or water. Make a rule of no eating after 7PM. but eat a healthy breakfast with protein, such as oatmeal, in the morning. Exercise daily and the pounds will melt off!!
