How can I lose weight the EASY and HEALTHY way.I don't want to lose much. I'm willing to exercise etc.Anything easy, specific exercise routines without equipment, etc.THANKS.

eat 1500 to 2000 calories a day, a balance of fat, carbs, and protein, and tai bo is a fun and easy workout.

eat 1200-1500 calories a day. Make your food low in fat and carbs. Cut flour out of your diet. Eat a limited amount of white rice or switch to brown rice.Eat plenty of vegetables for fiber and have only lean meat thats not fried. Eliminate sugar from your diet and substitute an artificial sweetener. Splenda is a great alternative. Drink plenty of water, and for a change drink something like crystal lite. Cut out the carbonation, even diet sodas can permanantley stretch out your stomach.Walking is a great way to lose weight and keep your heart healthy. Try walking briskly to get some cardio or jog. If its too cold outside then you can jog in place indoors for about 20 minutes a day. If you follow a routine and cut the junk out of your diet, the weight you want to lose will come off promptly and you'll feel great because you'll be eating healthy and excersing. To achieve anything good the first thing is mind-set and seems like you already have that. Good thing.There are some precautions that you should take while opting for any Weight Loss Program....Do not go for any quick weight loss crap ... It takes time.Do not go for any medicines which can have harmful side effects.Morning walk is recommended, if possible, do some jogging in morning or evening hours.Take a lot of salads, green vegetables.Avoid meat and fast food stuff, special fried stuff.It took me 6 months to loose noticeable weight and now I'm pretty happy with what I have left on my bones lol. I tried a lot of weight loss programs and the only one that helped me to loose around 80 lbs is http://www.anrdoezrs.net/click-2553081-10509288Its natural and shows progress within weeks. But remember, I did not leave my schedule of jogging/walking in morning and avoided all that was un-necessary fried stuff. Try it and I'm sure it will help ...Good luck ...
