Im 16 years old 5' 9" 175lbs. I've been going to the gym on off for 6 months and have already lost about 20 lbs, now I want to get ripped in 6 months for summer and to gain confidence. Is this possible? Can someone recommend a 3 day workout plan, using primarly machines instead of free weights. I can do cardio every day, but im not how long i should do it for.

Bro, getting ripped is not easy. Im do Muaythai boxing and pop pushups whenever i can. You cannot do it in three days. It takes about a year of intense discipline. Take in a lot of protein with as little fat as possible, and learn some different ab workouts from a muaythai instructor (our ab workouts are the best).
