by february i want to lose seven pounds.i normally gain and lose weight really easilyi swim 90 minutes everyday m-f. but im not very active on the weekends. im trying to work in running 5 miles over the weekend around the neighborhood or something.so if i swim about 7.5 hours a week, and run about 5 miles a week. that would be enough cardio, right?but what would my diet be like? does the special k diet work? i hear that if you eat your "dinner" for breakfast, then you can burn it during the day by walking through errands and stuff, does that work?or what if i had forbreakfast: fruit and dairylunch: grains and meatdinner: vegetables and grains8 glasses of waterno snacks.i would be working in every part of the foodpyramid in.hahah i have no idea i just really need to lose 7 pounds by february. and to tone myself. i wanted to work on my ABS and INNER THIGHS. are there any exercises i can do that give fast results? like situp sets or pilates or something?please hellp |

| you can easily lose 7 pounds by February; keep exercising, but keep your calories between 1200-1500; drink lots of water........sounds like your diet is already good, perhaps you need to shake it up a bit, if you are at 1500 calories, drop down to 1200 and keep exercising....yes situps help, crunches, I prefer using an exercise ball....seems to be less stress on the back |

| You don't mention your age, but why would you want to lose only seven pounds? If you are under 16 it will come off by itself as your body develops. Just because you can't see the changes doesn't mean they aren't happening, and your body doesn't finish maturing until you are 18-19.You are also very active. You need at least 1500 calories a day with that activity level. You'll still lose weight even if you eat 1800 calories. Your diet plan does contain all the food groups but it's not specific enough for us to advise you. make sure you get a reasonable amount of fat, your body needs it to process some vitamins.Best of luck. |

| the plan sounds good although i recommend you avoid carbs for dinner as they may hinder your weight gain. your goal seems reasonable. if you stick to it, surely you will reach it. best of luck. |
