ok so im 5'8'' 113 pounds. I KNO IM REALLY SKINNY, but i need to tone up. i have some love handles, and i have a little gut. my legs are ok, i just want to make them firmer and i want to get rid of that little bit of fat on the inside of where your calf and thigh meet, ya kno where im talking about? and the fat on my upper inner thigh just so that my legs look longer and strighter. my mom supports me with getting into modeling, and i want to be as fit as i can be before i send any pics to an agency. i might just go to an open call this summer when im in NYC, but besides that, i want to have a 'model' body ready before then. i already have the build, i just need to improve what ive got. I want to reach my goal by spring break, so:what do i need to do? (specific exercises)how many/long?and should i alter my diet in any way (im a veg, btw) and how?thank you guys soooo much!im kind of a fitness retard:(wow a$$ holes, did you even comphrend what i wrote? i mentioned my MOM, so im obviously a KID. im not going to take diet pills no matter how natural they are becuase there is NOTHING natural about PILLS. jesus.

lol you seem to have sorta the same body type as moi (im 5'10 and weigh 118lbs) and this is what i did to tone up when i decided to try out for americas next top model and i must have done something right tehe cuz i almost made it on the first episode.. elliptical machine mainly.. or sometimes jogging (about 30 mins 5 times a week)jump ropingCrunches ( I hate counting how many crunches i do so i just pick a song and do crunches untill it was over) I would do a combo of normal crunches and Bicycle crunches http://www.google.com/search?client=safari&rls=en&q=bicycle+crunch&ie= UTF-8&oe=UTF-8 pushupsI did not alter my diet but i just made sure i didn't eat too much of anything that was too fatty or greasy (french fries brownies etc,) . I found that when i worked out, because of my high metabolism, i would become more hungry than i would be if i didn't work out ...so i would want to snack quite often. I just tried to snack healthy like apples and such. good luck with modeling Smile Smile
