I am 34 years old, 5 feet 7 inches and weight 215 pounds. I need to lose weight and have more physical activity but I dont know how. I hear so much about what to eat, what not to eat, what supplements to take, how to excersize, the ones that work and I'm just plain confused. Can someone break it down for me. You know...like a excersize and diet for dummys. Thank you in advance.

excersize and diet for dummies....I have been doing weight watchers online for almost a year now. I have lost a lot of weight, and for the expense its been worth it.It breaks down everything I need. How much weight I should shoot forHow much I should eat each day.It all depends on your body, and how much weight you want to loseI would suggest checking out ww online. I think they are probably still doing their promotional one week free. Also no one has to know you are doing ww online :)no meetings. Weigh your self in.

watch your sugars, fats, and sodium. drink your water. eat what common sense says is healthy...a plethora of veggies and fruits, lean meats, and some grains. don't deprive yourself, but don't choke down 5 thin mints either...just have 1 or 2.your exercise needs to be a balance of weight training and cardio. you don't have to pump iron, but doing a cycle of the weight machines would be great for you. and it's easy, the directions are on the machine!and the best for cardio, in my opinion, is the elliptical. it's difficult at first, and don't beat yourself up if you can't go for long, but 30 minutes is fantastic. swimming is also great. it doesn't burn the calories like the elliptical does, but have you seen a swimmer's body? it obviously helps ;)you can also find classes! spinning classes for cardio, free weight classes if lifting becomes your thing. pilates, yoga...classes are fantastic. there's no "right" way to exercise as long as you're doing it safely and balanced, you just have to find something that's right for you, that you like. because if you don't like to work out, you won't.your diet will be hardest. just for now, do what i said in the beginning, and don't even think about supplements. take a multivitamin, and leave it at that.

Basically, you need a diet plan and you will need to plan it yourself because you know yourself best. You don't want to be forced to eat foods that you don't like to eat. Check out the fat loss 4 idiots, it's a simple book that teaches you how to go on diet properly and fast. You also will get access to an online generator that allows you to pick what food you like to eat and go on diet too. Sounds cool? :)Read more on this link: http://weightloss.my-useful-links.info/
