this is an unrealistic amount of weight to lose in just a month but it is doable. you should be able to lose 2-5 lbs a week with a combination of diet and exercise. doing it right means cutting your calorie intake to under 1000 calories a day (or less if you're small to begin with), eating more protein, less carbs and only 20-30% of the right amount of fats. eat 6 very small meals a day so you don't get famished and pig out.exercise daily for at least 20 minutes to get your metabolism going.all this advice goes out the window if you aren't healthy to begin with and so overweight that you can't do exercise.

in a month is a big shock to the system, you'd need to build up what you do over the month to help the weight come off. excercise is the best way to do it, with a balanced diet. weight loss plans tell you all sorts of different things to try and get the same result. For no cost, eating healthy food and doing excercises, even a walk each day would help you lose some of the weight. it can be done, just don't push it too hard or overdo it.

Well, you can take those "alli" pills they advertise, but they're not safe. But what you can do is you can workout with a personal trainer or with a buddy.

Eat regulated amounts of food..It'll actually SAVE you money.Dont eat out as much; in each order there is about 2-3 servings per piece of your meal.Yeild from beer and soda. Its amazing what a lack of those can do.Go walking or riding a bike. If youre able to run, do that. Stay away from the vending machines at work.A medium order of french fries takes about 1,000 sit-ups to burn off; not counting the burger, too.

I did exactly that by drinking 16 8 oz glasses of water per day (usually within a couple hour sitting), 1000 calories -20 grams of fat, about 30 minutes of cardio (hiking) 3x a week and 200 situps a night

You can, but 25 pounds is a bit optimisitc. You should start with smaller goals like 5-10 pounds, but good luck.

25 pounds a month is unbelievable and very unhealthy! After the first few weeks you should only loose 2-3 pounds a week, thats a max of 8-12 pounds a month! Weight Watchers is the best method I have ever done, but it is expensive until you reach for maintenance weight (and then its free as long as you don't gain weight again). As far as free? Eat 9 servings of fruit and veggies a day, 12 glasses of water, and start walking! See if your area has free fitness programs or diet counseling. Another way to loose some more weight, become healthier, and save some money is to become a vegetarian! You can replace the meat in your diet with veggies (fresh, canned, or frozen) and some healthy carbs like brown rice. Another alternative is soy based meat alternatives such as Morning Star brand Chick'n Patties and nuggets. They are even cheaper and easier to cook than "real" meat! Hope this helps- just please, be healthy and smart about loosing weight!

do not go to the gym unless you can hire a personal trainer because of course many people who go the gym usually quit.If you have time, get yourself two bottles of water per day, walk about 2 miles during the early morning or afternoon. And.. eat less carbs and more fruits and veggies and yes you CAN eat some meats, but eat fish and chicken that is boneless and no fat. Eat smaller amounts and more often and do not eat large meals after 5pm and sleep more to conserve your energy for the digestive process and the transition of weight off your body.Combine that with drinking lots of water, I would say at least one gallon a day to rid your body of toxins. Buy yourself some Vitamin C and take 2000 milligrams per day to keep your body's immune system going. If you can't buy vitamin C, then try to eat more oranges but do not eat too many sugary things and try to eat as least amount of bread and carbs as possible. You will make it..

Nearly two stone in a month thats a lot! Healthy eating and excessive excersise is the only way i can see you dropping nearly two stone in a month. I should imagine it would be hard work. Not something i would want to do a stone would be more realistic what's the rush??
