you're not overweight....and if you noticed you weigh more it's not necessaraly fat....you're still young and in puberty and are gaining musscle as well.....just enjoy life... you're too young to worry about being over weight!!! my 11 year old nephew got a set of weights and loves to work on his muscles...try that...it'll make you feel better

When I was 12, I weighed around 140lbs. I wasn't fat, just thick. Now, 23 years later, I'm 290lbs but still am not fat, so to speak. If you gauge your weight by a chart, it will always tell you that you're obese. The charts aren't right, what matters is what you are comfortable with. Once puberty hits, your body will change drastically. Focus on being healthy, and ignore what the scale says.

The better question is do you think you are overweight? Why such an interest on weight? You don't sound overweight at all, but you really shouldn't be so overly concerned about it as to you are a young lady. Beauty isn't quantified by how much a person weighs. If you are finiding yourself thinking about this issue often you may want to talk to a counselor about it.

100 for first 5'. 5# for every inch over 5'. Exp: If you're 5' 3" you should weight 199# plus 3x5#15#, so, you should weight115#. Weights will change a little depending on how you're built...large frame, small frame. etc. You're perfect wright would be 107.5 lbs.
