| Water weight is pretty much what it says: weight from water. Sometimes you drink an extra bit of water, like maybe right after you eat Chinese food, it makes your body want more water cause of the salt and sodium in the food, which makes you gain a few pounds. It's really easy to lose water weight though they're not like calories. When you go to the washroom you lose about 3-5 pounds usually in weight from just the water you drink. So maybe if you drank alot of water and seem to gain alot of pounds don't worry cause they'll go off fast. But you should still drink alot of water a day even though it makes you gain a few pounds-it's really healthy! |
