I lost 45kgs so my skin is slightly saggy (I'm 19). I have tried crunches and sit ups but I didn't get the results I want. Could yoga or pilates help?I lost the weight With Weight watchers and tons of cardio. Weight Watchers is such a good diet and it is easy (I was never hungry) and healthy.

increase crunches or sit ups and some cardio. If that doesn't help, only surgery will do.

Pilates helps, but I think you have to have the excess skin surgically removed to really make it go away. Congrat on the weight loss!

The skin does not tighten once it has been stretched out of shape. It is much like a balloon, 19 or not.

try Nivea Good-Bye Celluliteyou apply a gel to your tummy area and apply a patch over it and sleep with it on for about 8hours and your skin will tighten up a very noticable amount within a week or too.

like someone said before, the skin does not tighten after it stretches to acertain point (it is like a ballon). you can work out all you want but that skin is stayng right where it is. and the more weight you loose, the saggyer its gonna getthe only thing you can do is get surgery to get the skin removed.

First of all congrats on the weight loss! how did you do it? The thing about exercise and firming up is you cannot "spot treat" so you can do 1000 sit ups a day and the flab will go no where! cardio will work so try jump rope walking etc anything that has you moving and gets your heart rate up. do 20 cruches in am 20 at night try doing seated twist (sit in a chair hold on tuck in your tummy twist side to side) good luck
