well yoga is more about toning and meditation/relaxation. Pilate's is a little more strenuous in my opinion. I love both though.

im14 too. yoga is really relaxing and helps reduce stress.me and my mom do it every sat and sun.but we go to hot yoga. it feels really good. they r just yoga poses but in a very hot room. its better for u 2 cause your sweating more and buring more calories.youll notice a great change in ur skin too. less breakouts!plus all u need is a gym membership and theres nothing to be embarrassed bout since you only 14 because the only peeps that r in there r olderif u dont wanna do hot yoga go to bestyogaposes.com

The easiest way for me to learn about yoga was to buy DVD's. I have one that I really like and that I never get tired of and isn't too hard but still challenging. Its the Crunch Joy of Yoga DVD. Go to Amazon.com and type in "yoga" as the search. You will find tons of DVDs. Read the reviews on the DVD's they really help.
