Run- 4 to 5 miles, four days a weekLift- Weights/stretching three days a week for 30 min. I was planning to do this for about four weeks, do you think i could get abs by then? I am 5'5 114 15 year old female(and if i eat right too, and only allow myself a dessert once a week if i work hard?)

Maybe you should do it longer and maybe just run 1-3 miles 4 days a week.

it doesnt sound awesome to me. i think that you could try this:30 normal crunches30 left oblique crunches30 right oblique crunches30 leg raised crunches30 right side crunches30 left side crunches30 more leg raised crunches30 left to right oblique crunchesFinally 100 crunches to end it.but honestly, you are not over weight at all. you jsut have to remain that way. dessert once a week is perfect!

It sounds like a bit much if your not conditioned into that tough of a workout. Next being female you should know that your BMI is already low or close to being low, don't get careless and skinny up too much it's unhealthy just as much as eating too much and being fat.

It sounds like you just want to lean and tone your body. if that is the case lots of cardio is in order. the running sounds good but unless your use to running that much you might want to tone it down for the first few weeks. Maybe start off with 2 miles and work your way up. If you have a bike then try to work that into your program. That should be enough cardio for your workout. Now toning up try resistance bands. Find and use the workout that go along with the resistance bands and results should show. Abdominal muscles dont start to show until about 7 to 11 % body fat. note that it might and usually does take longer than you would like to get to your goal. If this is the case dont worry just keep it up.
