I was never really thin, and I need to lose weight (my clothes dont)I started limiting my calories, to 1 300 I lost from 1-2 pounds everyday.then I raised my limit to 1 500 calories (the limit for me to lose weight) and i still lost weight everyday.I cant help but lose weight, but im scared that it is unhealthy and i dont want that "yo-yo" effect to happenWhat do I do?

it depends on your height and weight, but what your doing is what was recomended in shape magazine, (journal of calories), but the results are supposed to be 1-2 lbs a week, not day...so i'm thinking your bigger because the journal worked for me 2 lbs each week...if you continue on your weight will eventually platue at it's natural healthy self, and their will be no "yo yo" effect...as long as your not doing this at 300 lbsother wise it's a healthy way Smile

add more protein to your plan & start doing yoga or pilates to ease some stress and anxiety. Your body will be healthy if you treat it right.
