I need to lose leg muscle mass for wrestling and gain upper body strength/tone, any suggestions?

Ok i am 14 and i wrestle in 8th grade i know i probably shouldnt start weight training yet but next year i plan on starting at the 135 pound weight class as a freshman for my highschool which is ranked 8th in state. The highschool's coach said that i have the body of a 119 pounder and i weigh about 132 pounds. Now i have pretty big thighs and calfs and i am looking to decrease the size of both of them so i can move quicker on my feet, but at the same time i want to become stronger and more toned with my upper body...What are some things that i can do to lose leg muscle mass and not necessarily gain mass in my upper body but get stronger?I have only about 8.2% body fat so not to much to lose.Any suggestions are very much appreciated.Thank You.
