| Theres so much information out there on the web dude i dont think that you need to be in here aksing peoples advice, if your serious about this then do some reasearch. To start with you have to be commited, ideally three times a week. Im not sure if your planning to go to a gym or you are planning to do it at home? You should start with light weights obviously and set your self goals, dont just say i want to get bigger say how big you weant each set of muscles to be and take pictures of yourself so you can see your improvments as you go on, it feels great to be able to show people how far you have come.Push upsPull upsBench pressCurlsDumbells (very usefull and easy to use at home)If you do some research then they (the websites) can explain things allot better than me and you can focus on what muscles you want to train and find what excercise works best for you.I find pictures help make sure you do the excercise right too.Good luck.P.s make sure you breath correctly, use weights you can lift without a great struggle, the key to it is to go through the full motion steadily and controlled, get your muscles to peak and you will benefit more than someone who is lifting 3 times as much as you incorrectly and be less likely to injure yourself. |

| Muscle & Fitness magazine published a pretty nice 38-page training guide with several different tracks including one to 'Get Ripped'. It's illustrated and I've been pleased with a number of the different routines. The routine includes specific exercises broken out for chest, shoulders and biceps.I'd encourage you to rethink you choice on legs but it's your body. |
