| I am 16 years old and last year I went through severe depression. I lost about 5-6 kilograms every 2 weeks for about 2 months. So in total I lost about 20 kilograms. I was hospitalised at one stage and my specialist there put me on this plan to gain weight and all that sort of thing (along with there stupid medications and a naturopath!) and yeah, i put on weight. but now im about 10-15 kilo's heavier than i EVER have been, which in Australia, is considered a little overweight. anyway, i dont want a diet cause i dont think its too necesary. I just want something for a 7 day plan type thing. eg; breakfast-1 egg bla bla bla lunch- etc etc if you get me? any help would be EXTREMELY appreciated? i get really embarassed when people see me coz they know what i went through and dont recognise me coz they only remember me as this extremely skinny girl and now i feel fat =( |
