Also is it a bit difficult for a tall person (becoz I am) to build this ? | I dated a guy with 6 pack abs. He said that he did 100 crunches every night. He was 5'10" and 140 lbs. He was also only 21. |

| Feed the muscles what they need to develop, which is proteins.Moderate your carbs and fats.If you are naturally lanky, meaning tall and not very bulky with muscles, then you probably need to eat more muscle building foods. That's all I have. Feed the muscles, work the muscles and they will grow. To see the muscles, you have to reduce your body fat, which hides the muscles.Ab exercises which incorporate weights will increase the bulk of your ab muscles. Anything that will intensify the ab workout will accomplish this. Even handweights you put on and cross over your chest will help. Sorry so general, but you don't need much more than handweights and crunches to accomplish this. |

| A six pack of defined abdominals simply comes down to decreasing your body fat levels to the point where the top layer of fat over your stomach is decreased and your ab muscles show. Everyone has abs, its just that layer of fat covering it that causes all the issues.Your diet is critical for really losing extra body fat around the abs. Focus on getting enough protein throughout the day by choosing lean items like chicken breast, egg whites, turkey breast and fish. Also, make sure to eliminate all empty calories like soda, high sugar fruit juices, candy and fast food. Try and eat several small and nutritious meals throughout the day. By cleaning up your diet, you should see a vast improvement in your physique. |

| like alot of other people have said you really have to clean up your diet and reduce bodyfat to see the abs you have.... you will also need cardio about 3 times a week, 20 - 30 mins, any type of cardio.......embark on all your fitness, start lifting weights workout everything so your body has a complete workout... u only need to lift weights for 45 mins a session!when working out your abs you only need 5 - 10 mins of ab workouts.. its easier and more enjoyable if u go to gym.. this way you do not have to do simple basic situps.. u can do more weight resistance ab exercies which are faster and more effective.. such as the rope pull down.... the ab machines, and using a plate of weight to hold agains't your chest on the incline ab bench....goodluck.. |
