| i have been on my exercise bike every day and have not been eating as much junk food as i used to. do you have any more tips for weight loss, that dont require special fitness centers and stuff |

| As long as you are on your bike for at least 30 minuites a day you should see some weight loss. If you don't see anything i would eliminate as much junk food as you can and exercise at a faster pace for an hour.Lauren |
