My friend is 22 years old, 6' 3" tall and overweight, he weighs 28 stone, and has been like this for the best part of ten years. As it is, he gets short of breath if he tries to run up steps or if he does any heavy manual labour. How long until he causes some serious health risks for himself and what is his life expectancy?

10 more years he wil start to see serious health issues. but who said he doesnt about it, it is just so hard to do something about it.
