| I need to lose 25 pounds in 30 days! I know it's not healthy but after that, I will maintain my weight loss the right way. What can I do? I was thinking of going on a diet of 1000 calories a day with lots of exercising. I don't want the two-finger diet! What can I do? |

| well even though it is really unhealthy, you could eat a low calorie diet and try to stay away from carbs. carbs are your body's main source of energy. when theres no carbs present, your body uses fat for energy. by doing this you could lose up to 5-6 pounds a week. but for the love of god be careful!!!! remember to drink at least 4 glasses of water a day. and if you can, try to mix in some cardio(running, walking, biking, basically anything that gets your heart rate up) |

| Why do you need to lose the weight so fast? You know, after you start doing the 1000 callorie a day diet with exercise you may become hooked on that and then start eating less and less. I know, because it has happened to me. Just work out and eat HEALTHY and in good portion sizes. That's the best way to lose weight. |

| Well if your looking for something quick there is a diet pill that works, I lost almost 10 lbs in one week. Its called Adipex you need a doctors prescription for this though. For a last minute quick weight loss this does wonders. The only thing is that it does has its minor side effects. |

| what u need to do i dont eat for one day drink loads of water thats day then the second day eat loads of fruit and only fruit then the third day loads of veg and water then the fouth day fruit and veg and loads of water fourth day fish and veg and loads of water as u need ur protein and carry on then dont eat the next day loads of water keep it goin like that ok take lots of vitimins and plent of u guessed it water if u get hungry drink diet coke harldy any cals and fills ur stomach k xx |
