|
|
I am currently working out trying to loss well over 50 pounds. Currently I do 40 minutes of cardio everyday and everyother day I do some muscle training after the cardio. I change my muscle training program every 6-8 weeks so that my body doesn't get bored. I create my own program without the trainers, at the gym, because they charge too much $$$$. I would like to know any other exercises that I can do to that will work the muscles in....1. My abs2. My back (lateral area) ***most important***3. My sides ***most important***4. My inner thighs5. My tricepsAny ideas, please be detailed, cause I'm running out of ideas. Pics and website links would be helpful too. Thanks ) |

| to build muscle, make sure that you are working with weights that are heavy enough to be resistant. If you can do more than 10 reps, you are still doing cardio. Increase your weights with each set.for inner thighs, the machines are the best or the ball. anything that will cause resistance to close your legs. |
