Either yoga or pilates and walking. Yoga and pilates do not really do much for you in terms of calorie burn so you won't lose adequate weight. They are good for flexibility training and toning. Walking, or any other cardio activity, will help you lose weight. I do not know any workout videos.

Why not do all three? I prefer yoga and walking. Ashtanga yoga for building lean, strong muscle. Walking for cardio. If you are fit, try Kristin McGee's MTV Power Yoga. If you need to ramp up more slowly, try one of Kathy Smith's intro to yoga videos.

YOGALATIES!!!a mixture of the 2, sounds weird, but really works!!! Of course, a couple of crunches never hurt anybody!!!Denise Austin has a couple good yog/pilates work out dvd's. I would suggest trying one of them. I'd say they cost $10-15. You can find at wal-mart.

That's a no-brainer. Walking, brisk that is, will do the trick. Just vary the intensity according to your fitness level. If you can run you'll defintely lose more. And yeah, a few crunches and push-ups will firm up your abs and upper body, respectively.
