i am a female at 5 8" and about 140 pounds.(a healthy weight according to my bmi chart)i eat a lot of junk food and get little exercise. i really want to get healthy and i want to stop eating junk food and fast food. and i want to run for longer than 45 seconds without getting winded. but i really don't want to lose any weight.is it possible to get healthy and fit without losing weight?and if so how?

Of course it is! When you start to work out, just up the amout of calories you take in every day to balance the extras that you will burn off. Fitness and weight loss are totally different things!
