| anyone got anything?I am pathetc.i like being told what to eat, When to eatWhat workouts to doHow long to work out.I need serious help.i am 20 pounds over weighti used to be bulemic but slowly started eating 1000 calories per day now i am gaining weight?I excersize 5 times a week for 30 minuteswhat should i do? |

| Becoming bulemic isn't going to resolve this problem. If you feel you are overweight then watch what you eat. Try not to eat too many greasy foods. I heard when eating any sort of meat or chicken taken the skin off cuts down 100 calories. Certain foods and diets can help you to lose the weight. Starving yourself isn't going to work. It doesn't help much with your health. And if you want to become bulemic and lose weight you might as well be wanting to die too. |
