Well, description. I`m 15 years old , my weight is 140 pounds , and i`m 1.88m/6.2feet tall. I got some reasonably high strength Smile from my dad i guess.routine: Monday Wednesday Friday25x3 sit ups - i add 10 each week15x3 push-ups - i add 5 each week ( dont lol I HATE THOSE)30x3 squats -i add 5 each week40x3 hammer curls( 1 arm ) with 12 pound weights50x2 grips ( i got some rubber circles that i squeeze in my hand , pretty hard to do. Do they make your grip stronger? I heard they help your wrist a bit too)20 second meintains - keep my arms horizontal with weights in my hands ... i can`t hold the 12 pound ones 20 sec .. atm 1 min with 6 pounds ones.I got a running plan plotted out but there`s a problem... like 1 M SNOW OUTSIDE ... no jogging Sad Any other ideas would be apreciated , like some good exercise tipes, i really dont know those Sad . and I got to look them up because I aint English or American ( it`s lol-able)

you know how you ad 5 or 10 more reps to your set, try to switch your routine around like start your push ups with your feet on a chair. I think the most effective would be to had a set of 3 new work outs to your old ones, like when you do your curls when your done do 3 sets of hammer curls afterwords. Do u see what I'm saying?
