im an 18 year old guy with a decent size chest and shoulders. but my hips waist and thighs stand out more to the side. pearshapewhat are some ways to reduce and balance my body?including exercise without equipment?can someone please show me some before and after pics of a male with a pearshape body that who got into shape so i can use it as motivation as of what i can reshape my body to? thanks
