I went to a weight loss goal site, typed in my current weight, my goal weight, and when I want to reach my goal weight by. (I gave myself a year and one day to do it). The site told me that in order to reach my goal by my given deadline, I'd have to lose 4 pounds a week (3.81 pounds, to be exact). My question is,is that even possible? What would I have to do to lose 4 pounds a week? What kind of exercising, eating, etc??)

Dance, when no one is watching you! Put the music on! Make lots of veggie soups with Broth. Becel makes a margarine spritzer that has zero calories! YaaaY! But dancing your heart out to your favourite music, is good for your soul as well!

Try not to eat too much before you fall asleep. Try walking places instead of driving. Little things like that should help, good luck!

It is absolutely possible to lose 4 lbs a week! You need to start exercising for at least 30 minutes a day. Try walking at first, build up to jogging. If you want, you can rent an aerobics tape and do it in your living room at home. Cut out all sugar, soda, and fatty fried foods. Eat more fruits and veggies. Try measuring your food so you learn correct portion sizes. I like to eat several small meals a day.
