This is my diet plan.....Morning- cup of warm skimmed milk..Lunch- Lentil soupsnack- an apple or whole grain toast with bit of philadephia liteDinner- Lentl soup with 2ounce grilled chicken.......I do in between workouts.. it comes up to 3hrs excersice.........all i need to know if i go on this diet for 2months how much will i expect to lose? I only want to lose 30pounds anyway, but just in general, whats the average weight loss in 2 months?I workout everyday, cardio and strenght training..... Thanks guyss

Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week. That would put you at most 8 pounds down.

You have a starvation diet, your body will not be fooled forlong, and will shut down your metabolism soon. Then, when you're tired and slow, you'll start eating "normally" again, gaining it all back and then some.The only way to permanent weight loss is a lifestyle change, not a stupid fad diet or starvation. Your weight loss in two months will be to GAIN 5 pounds.

Your Diet plan is good But if you get tired of it try this:to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.Breakfast oatmeal and a fruit or a breakfast bar and water.Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil or margarine and a fruit.Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.no eating after 7pm !!do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.Also do leg squats against the wall. 3 sets of 20 will do fine.Make sure you squat all the way down and come up slowly.Do this every other day or till you stop hurting .Try this for 4 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.Good luck: CLICK ALSO ON TO MY FREE WEBSITE HAS FREE WORKOUT PLANS AND FREE DIET PLANS :)FROM THE STAFF OF BOEAFITNESS
