| Alright, Im asking that people who just want to answer to insult me, dont bother, because I already know that Im fat and im trying to do something about it... that being said..I've literally been fat my entire life. I was off the charts as a baby and as a toddler I was quite chubby, as a kid I weighed more than most adults (120 in second grade, 180 in 6th, etc etc). Every time I've gone on a diet, I'd lose a decent amount of weight (but never got skinny) but then something would happen and I'd go off and gain back everything I lost and then some. I'm 25 years old now and I'm tired of being so fat. I cant even go upstairs without getting winded. I desperately want and need to lose weight but I fear going on a diet because I know I'll fail. What do I need to do, to be successful on a weight loss plan? And how do I keep from gaining the weight back. I also get nervous because I see countless cases of obese people losing a ton of weight, then gaining it all back.It seems like its impossible for fat people to lose weight and STAY thin. Eventually old habits seem to kick in. Also, I love food, I wont deny that. I wouldnt say I really over eat (I eat about as much as my skinny friends), I just make the wrong choices (I was raised on fast food basically, my parents never cooked and my dad is also morbidly obese. In the household I grew up in, I learned at an early age that you had to eat quick or the food would disapear. I need help in breaking old habits. I dont even want to be skinny. Just healthy and happy. Please help. |

OK the first thing to do is take small steps. That is the problem with many diets- they expect you to change all at once. Just start by substituting unhealthier foods with healthier foods, little by little. Also, change your exercising habits- begin to do exercises each day. They can just be going for a short walk. Also, eat alot of fiber, and drink water instead of soda or juice.Good luck |

Don't call youself fat it does nothing for you it only makes you feel bad. I sugest jenny craig it's a great way to loose weight because you don't have to wory about counting calories or picking out healthy foods. The food that they have is good for u and usually pretty good (the pizza is my fav) you also have a personall consultant who can help you out when u veer off track. Good Luck |
